Athletic Flow (Hot)
This class is where conditioning meets hot yoga! You will find mobility, targeted strength, and increased heart rate using core postures from vinyasa flow and sculpting exercises with light weights. Get ready to flow, sweat, and work.
Recovery is as important or more important than your workouts. We will hybrid yin yoga with a variety of stretching movements as well as mobility work to give your body the recovery it needs to continue to work.
Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength and Conditioning class is a dynamic experience that blends the best of both worlds. On select days, there will be a Strength focus, where you’ll engage in a variety of exercises utilizing set and rep-based lifting techniques to build muscle and enhance your power. On Conditioning focus days, brace yourself for EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible), invigorating circuits, heart-pumping Tabata intervals, and thrilling 3-minute fight rounds. This class follows a meticulously designed muscle focus calendar that rotates to ensure the class is as effective and efficient as possible.
Utilizing the Ybell Fitbench we can maximize your time working by allowing you to stay in your station for the entire class. Ybells versatility allows for an extensive exercise library equivalent to 4 separate weighted pieces. The fitbench neatly stores the ybells and houses multiple bands that attach at various points to give you even more exercise options, particularly pulling. This pairing will allow us to keep the workout efficient, effective, and diverse.
